My 10 College Bowl Games Observations

  1. Notre Dame was not one of the top four teams in the country.
  2. Alabama vs Clemson will live up to the hype.
  3. Ohio State thought Rose Bowl was only three quarters and was lucky to escape with the win.
  4. Jake Browning loss his swagger in the Alabama game two years ago and never regained it.
  5. Jim Harbaugh may stay at Michigan so he can say he beat Ohio State but he would be wise to jump to the NFL this year.
  6. Oklahoma is one of the top four teams in the country.
  7. The Holiday Bowl was not a Chamber of Commerce day for San Diego, cold and rainy.
  8. Texas has arrived. Regardless of the lack of heart Georgia showed in the Sugar Bowl, Texas is back.
  9. If you are going to ask questions of a football head coach where you are trying to extract an emotional response, have a female ask the question, not Tom Rinaldi. That was pathetic, both times.
  10. No one established themselves worthy of replacing Notre Dame as a college bowl playoff team.
