Holy Chrome Batman! Where did you get all that Chrome?!
At the Chicago auto show last month, Ram pulled the covers off its most extravagant full-size pickup ever, the 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited. The name may say ‘Limited’ but there is very little limited about the new Ram pick-up truck, especially the sticker price – we’re willing to venture a guess.
When this beauty hits showrooms later this year she is going stand out like the largest diamond in a jewelers showcase. She is covered in chrome from bumper to bumper. Her front grill just screams at you in all her chrome beauty just as your Prom queen did at your senior prom. And, in case you missed the clear front end chrome sign that she is a RAM, and not a Dodge truck, she reminds you with a bigger chrome RAM across its tailgate. Make no mistake about it when you drive her off the showroom floor passerby’s will know she’s a RAM.
Her sides are chromed-out as well with sparkling long runningboards and 20-inch aluminum wheels. If you are out on a first date and you met through ‘Farmers Only’ your date will think you are JR Ewing from Dallas. That is how much of a visual impression this RAM makes. And, once she slides inside its luxurious cabin you might as well be JR Ewing. The seats are exquisite with pinstripe stitching adorning the leather seats. Your buddy and his date will appreciate the rear flap-closure seatback pockets RAM embroidered chrome buckles. No small detail was overlooked. There is even a phone holder to secure your phone or iPad so it is visible to the driver. As soon as more details are released we’ll pass them on Kandy reader.
